Sound Therapy and Music Therapy, through the power of sound and vibration, help stimulate movement, balance and the harmonious flow of energy.

Since studying Chinese, including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and various related practices, as well as Therapeutic Qi Gong, I have developed an intuitive and personalised approach. Active listening, sensory awareness, authentic presence and compassion are at the heart of my practice.

My intention is to create a space of calm, inner safety, trust and renewal, helping each person reconnect with their natural sense of balance.

My sessions draw on learning and practices developed since 1990, including Aikido, Qi Gong and Traditional Chinese Medicine, together with insights from neuroscience. These approaches are used to support vitality, nervous system regulation and the changes you wish to create in your life.

Discoveries in quantum physics can offer a contemporary scientific perspective on certain principles found in traditional Chinese and Indian practices.

Therapeutic tuning forks can be combined with Sound Therapy, Reflexology, Facial Shiatsu, EFT or Energy Healing, creating a personalised and comprehensive session tailored to your individual needs.
